Aren’t we all consultants in the world of OD? The definition of a consultant is an “advisor, mentor, counselor.” But isn’t this how we should all be working with one another in business? Whether we are an internal or external practitioner is irrelevant; the foundation of our work and how we deploy it should come from a place of servitude.
If every practitioner and leader strengthens his or her individual skills and practices in this area, we would all be preparing our future organizations to connect at a deeper level to solve OD issues more holistically.
Internal and External OD Leaders: Come to share your stories and case studies of partnership in solution design and learn about why we all need to build our core consulting skill-set.
