The NJOD Learning Community was founded on sharing, learning, and building community, these are the core values of our organization. Our Annual Sharing Day event has been a spotlight yearly conference for the past 20 years and is one of the premier OD conferences on the East Coast.
We are excited to have you join us for this year’s Annual Sharing Day that we have extended into a two-day event, Reunion 20, a celebration of 20 years of OD wisdom.
The theme of this 20-year reflection is focused on “What Matters Most”. We are bringing together some of the most notable thought leaders in the field of OD to talk about what they have learned over the past 20 years, what they would have done differently knowing what they know now, and what they feel is most important for leaders and their organizations to pay attention to in our ever-changing, dynamic and often chaotic, world.
