Come join us for this year’s Annual Sharing Day 2016 program which will focus on exploring a deeper understanding of what’s really needed from leaders in todays chaotic and ever change business climate.
The event opens with a powerful keynote by Daryl Conner, one of the industry’s premier change management thought leaders, talking about the role that character and presence plays in authentic, conscious, leadership. Mastery of any discipline requires more than technical competence, leaders must be grounded in the value they create by virtue of their own character and presence.
Our afternoon Keynote will share insights from his vast experience in leadership and connectedness. Michael Lee Stallard, is the author of Fired Up or Burned Out: How to Reignite Your Team’s Passion, Creativity and Productivity and Connection Culture: The Competitive Advantage of Shared identity, Empathy and Understanding at Work.
Over 17 presentations will be held throughout the day on topics describing the varied applications of OD in the field. The full schedule will be announced next week. In addition to our fabulous morning and an after-lunch speakers, during each session of the day you will have the choice of attending a new knowledge-packed presentation called Mini Ted Talks. Three key speakers, in five minutes, will offer a one unique idea, story or concept based on their experience and subject matter expertise. We will then open the discussion up to the audience for questions, reflections or observations. The Session Schedule is available here.
As always, the ASD will include our famous networking lunch and will end with a networking hour in the Ramada’s newly redesigned restaurant.
