The NJOD Annual Sharing Day has a proud history of engagement, sharing, and learning. Each years the doors of the Ramada Plaza Hotel, Newark, NJ have welcomed hundreds of OD and HR professionals to participate in workshops, interactive sessions and panel discussions.
ASD 2014 offered new innovations in our field, to inspired greater sharing and contributed to the NJOD’s promise to serve as an active Learning Community. Continuing our tradition of of a free members, free monthly meetings and workshop admittance kept to cover overhead costs only, we are proud of our many volunteers and the quality of the presentations offered.
